The Athletic office will be open on Thursday August 7th for students to drop off physical forms prior to the start of fall HS sports on Monday August 11th.
All Athletes must have a complete physical form on file in order to participate in tryouts and/or practices.
All physical forms must have the signatures of PARENT/STUDENT/DOCTOR to be considered complete
Middle school students can take their physical forms to the Middle School office starting August 12th.
